This is a requirement for charter bus services to and from Goodfellow AFB, Texas, to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). We are looking to establish a base plus 4 option years contract as this is an annual requirement to support students traveling home for the holidays during their break in training. 
The contractor must have a large enough fleet to accomodate appoximately 20 buses to DFW. Please review the attached PWS for further details. 


 
The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this Request For Quote, for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than 13 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Quotes must be submitted to A1C Zackary Bagensie - zackary.bagensie@us.af.mil And SrA Mouhamed Sarr - mouhamed.sarr.1@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted by 07th at 12:00 PM CDT. 


Contractor quotes shall include the following: 


>  A Cover Letter that provides the following information:
>  Company legal name
>  RFQ number
>  Company point of contact with email and phone number
>  Company CAGE Code
>  An acknowledgement of any and all amendments and associated changes
