The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Hazelton, located at 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525, intends to issue Solicitation 15B12126Q00000026 for Bus Transportation Ticketing Fee Services to support release operations for male Adults in Custody (AICs). The Period of Performance will be from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.


The contractor shall provide commercial bus ticketing services, including the purchase, processing, and delivery of bus tickets for AICs releasing from FCC Hazelton to their designated destinations. All pricing shall be provided FOB Destination to FCC Hazelton.


FCC Hazelton estimates approximately 1,200 trips for FY27. This estimate is provided for information purposes only and does not obligate the Government to any minimum or maximum quantity.


The resulting contract will be a Firm‑Fixed‑Price type. The Government reserves the right, upon award, to make a single formal award.


The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, with price rated higher than past performance.


The solicitation will be made available exclusively on SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition—including amendments, questions and answers, and updates—will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website.
