Charter Bus Service for USCG Academy

The contract is for charter bus services to transport U.S. Coast Guard Academy cadets during summer training activities scheduled for July 25, August 1, August 8, and August 14, 2026, at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supervision, dispatch capabilities, transportation vehicles, fuel, maintenance support, insurance, scheduling coordination, replacement vehicles, and associated operational support to ensure safe and reliable transit. Vehicles must be 54-passenger motor coaches equipped with heating and air conditioning, reclining seats, lockable storage, fully operational wheelchair lifts, and ADA-compliant securement systems. All buses must arrive no later than 30 minutes before scheduled departures, and replacement vehicles must be provided within two hours of any breakdown. Drivers must be fully licensed, trained, and certified, with strict adherence to DOT and FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations, and must maintain professional conduct and appearance. The contractor is required to submit driver rosters 24 hours prior to each trip and post-trip reports and invoices electronically within three business days after each service, using the Invoice Processing Platform.
