This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA520926Q0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for Shuttle Bus Services for U.S. Army between Camp Zama, Sagamihara Housing Area, and Yokohama North Dock. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The Government may reject any quotation that is incomplete, unreasonable, or noncompliant. Late submissions may be rejected and may not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure timely receipt. The Government may award without discussions.

This project shall be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful quoter must hold a proper permit for the General Passenger Transportation Business (Ippan Kashikiri Ryokaku Jidosha Unso Jigyou) authorizing operations within Kanagawa Prefecture, issued by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), Government of Japan (GOJ) in accordance with GOJ Road Transportation Law. The permit must be issued to the quoters.
