THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this service requirement.


Expeditionary Contracting Platoon, Okinawa is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: (approximately support 450 personnel)


  • Quantity of 1 White tent (10 by 10)
  • Quantity of 150 (6 by 2) tables foldable 
  • Quantity of 500 chairs (max 250 lbs) foldable

The period of performance will be approximately from 6 -September – 23 September 2026.The location of services will be GUAM.


The applicable NAICS code is 532490 commercial machinery and equipment rental/ leasing


In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:
