H312--Annual Fire Door Inspection

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its 241-NETWORK Contract Office 01, is soliciting qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to perform annual fire door inspections in accordance with NFPA 80 standards across multiple buildings within the Boston Healthcare System, including locations in Jamaica Plain and Brockton. A total of 569 fire door assemblies must be inspected, tested, and documented, with one electronic and one hard copy of each inspection sheet required for every door. The contract is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement with a base year and four option years, potentially extending the total performance period to five years, with a possible six-month extension under the Option to Extend Services clause.
