The Department of Defense Education Activity is seeking a small business contractor to deliver a two-tiered, role-specific coaching program for school-level and above-school-level educators, aligned with its Coaching Model and the latest edition of Blended Coaching: Supporting the Development and Supervision of School Leaders. The contract is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a one-year base period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, and two option years extending performance through August 31, 2029. The contractor must provide a comprehensive suite of services including annual project plan development and revision, foundational and advanced professional learning sessions tailored to distinct educator roles, facilitation preparation, competency assessments, evaluation support, and ongoing technical support with strict service-level requirements such as two-hour acknowledgment and 90% resolution within one business day.
