The Montana Army National Guard, in coordination with US CENTCOM, is seeking quotes to provide lodging accommodations for the RC26 Exercise in Helena, Montana, from May 30 to June 12, 2026. The requirement is for forty rooms, with either single or double beds, and multiple awards may be made given the volume of rooms requested. This solicitation is a firm fixed price contract and is set aside exclusively for small businesses under NAICS code 721110, which covers hotels and motels. Occupants should remain in the same room throughout the stay, and the hotel must be located within about 1.5 miles of multiple dining options and a grocery store. The contractor must hold a valid certificate of occupancy and comply with fire and safety regulations. Miscellaneous guest charges, such as phone calls or room service, are not covered by the government and must be paid by the individuals.
