Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees (FGCU or University) seeks to contract with a qualified Supplier to provide Housing and Residential Life Custodial Services. The selected Contractor will be responsible for Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and cleaning supplies required to deliver comprehensive custodial services for FGCU Housing and Residential Life. These services encompass the full range of customary and common areas within residential facilities. Covered spaces include, but are not limited to, building exteriors and perimeters, entranceways, lobbies, stairwells, breezeways, offices, corridors, restrooms, elevators, trash collection areas (interior and exterior), boardwalks, shoreline areas, gliders, grills, laundry rooms, pool decks, golf carts, storage rooms, closets, conference rooms, and student housing apartments and rooms.
