This is for the service of chemical water treatment of hydronic heating and cooling systems. The contractor will provide a full service HVAC chemical water treatment program, including ancillary equipment cleaning service, and all management, labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair equipment identified herein and in accordance with the most recent publication of ASHRAE Standards. The systems to be treated, serviced, and cleaned consist of open and closed loop cooling/condenser water systems, open and closed loop chilled water systems, and closed-loop hot water systems.

For any questions about the requirement please email brandon.jourden@us.af.mil by 29 May 2026. For any site visit requests please request by 22 May 2026. Actual site visit would take place the week of 25-29 May. 


Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
