HVAC Chemical Water Treatment

This solicitation seeks a Women-Owned Small Business to provide comprehensive chemical water treatment services for hydronic heating and cooling systems at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona, covering open and closed loop chilled water, condenser water, and hot water systems. The contractor must deliver a full-service program including initial system surveys, chemical cleaning and flushing of all closed-loop systems within 90 days of award, annual testing of a 500,000-gallon thermal storage tank, and ongoing maintenance to control scale, corrosion, fouling, and microbiological growth in accordance with the latest ASHRAE standards. The work includes ancillary equipment cleaning, weekly water testing for conductivity, biocide levels, calcium balance, and alkalinity, along with maintaining a minimum 10% inventory of all chemical supplies.
