Indian Creek Streamflow Enhancement Planning

The contract targets the development of a comprehensive Collaborative Water Management Plan for the Indian Creek subwatershed in California, aiming to improve local streamflow and water resource sustainability. As part of this effort, 100% design plans will be finalized for the Maggy Hawk Planning Project, which includes the engineering design for two water storage ponds, a rainwater catchment system, and the preparation of a formal 1707 petition necessary for regulatory compliance and funding eligibility. Additionally, preliminary designs for another flow enhancement project within the subwatershed will be advanced to 65% completion to support near-term implementation readiness. All activities are coordinated through the Wildlife Conservation Board and tracked under WCB Project Tracker ID 2025159, with oversight led by Deputy Executive Director Rebecca Fris, who serves as the primary point of contact for the project.
