The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a small business contractor to provide commercial window maintenance and cleaning services at its campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. This firm-fixed-price contract consists of a base year and four one-year option periods. The scope of work includes scheduled interior and exterior cleaning of various window systems, annual inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and a requirement to secure damaged or broken openings within 24 hours of notification. Food Supply & Commissary LogisticsThe contract requires secure, daily delivery and logistics services to support all food service operations at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., specifically ensuring the timely and safe transport of fresh produce, dairy, proteins, dry goods, and branded consumables. All deliveries must meet strict security and handling standards appropriate for a federal facility, with protocols in place to maintain product integrity, temperature control, and chain-of-custody accountability throughout the supply chain.
