This notice is an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) pertaining to Canada’s Workplace Technology Devices (WTD) Desktops, Monitors, and KVM’s requirements which consist of the provisioning of the supply, delivery and installation of mobile devices and includes all related components and peripherals, warranty and maintenance to all in-scope departments and agencies across Canada. Shared Services Canada (SSC) may also offer to other Government of Canada (GC) organizations on an optional basis.This ITQ is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is intended only to pre-qualify respondents.The purpose of this ITQ is to initiate the process for the procurement of WTD Desktops, Monitors, and KVM’s by inviting suppliers to submit responses to SSC for Canada's evaluation. Further, by responding to this ITQ, Respondents are indicating their intent to participate in the procurement process for the acquisition and support of WTD Desktops, Monitors, and KVM’s.This ITQ is the first part of a multi-stage solicitation process. In this first stage, suppliers are requested to submit only certain information for evaluation, while in the next stage, only those suppliers who have successfully passed the initial evaluation (Qualified Respondents) will be provided bid solicitation detailing the full requirement for the purpose of bidding.DURATION OF STANDING OFFERIt is intended to result in the award of a Standing Offers with no expiry date (unless SSC determines, in its sole discretion, to set aside this procurement vehicle). As demand for new computer technologies develops, new Categories will be competed on the GETS, allowing new suppliers to qualify or existing suppliers to add Categories to their Standing Offer. Each individual Category will be valid for a period of two (2) years, plus two (2) optional two-year extension periods from the date it is originally awarded.EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGYResponses will be evaluated on the Mandatory Criteria. Respondents will be requested to confirm their compliance to certain desirable criteria. The mandatory technical evaluation criteria will covers Desktops, Monitors, and KVM’s Deployment and the desirable criteria will cover Desktops, Monitors, and KVM’s Manufacturer and Delivery Channel (DMKMDC) in Canada.TRADE AGREEMENTSCanada has not invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, the trade agreements apply to this requirement.SECURITY REQUIREMENTSThere is a security requirement associated with this requirement.COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS (CLCA):This procurement will consider contracting obligations that exist in the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements across Canada.  SSC Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) WTD Desktops 2024- Amendment 001
