Full Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide full on-site maintenance service to include on-call maintenance and any manufacturer's recommended maintenance and service shall include but not be limited to all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, transportation, lodging, and etc. Service is required for Government owned Canon Copiers and their components. Only certified trained service technicians shall be allowed to perform maintenance under this contract. Offeror shall provide, with their quote, copies of their technician's certificates. After contract award any new technician assigned to perform maintenance under this contract will require their certification to be submitted to the Contracting Officer prior to their commencement of work. Repair services: Consist of those service calls necessary for repairs not caused by fire, water, accident and/or fluctuation in electrical power or customer abuse. This will include other services necessary to maintain the equipment in first-class operating condition to include, but not limited to cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and replacing parts when required. Contract type is firm-fixed price and is a unrestricted. NAICS Code is 811212 with a size standard of 23 Million. Anticipated period of performance is on or about January 1, 2008 - September 30, 2008 with four options to extend.
