Janitorial service to clean 3 locations (Gonzales, Reserve & Westside)

Janitorial services are required for three River Parishes Community College locations in Louisiana: Gonzales, Reserve, and Westside, under solicitation 40005-FY27-009 with a NAICS code of 561720. The contract is structured as a 12-month term with an option for two additional 12-month extensions, not to exceed 36 months total, at the same rates and conditions. Services must be performed daily and include detailed tasks such as wastebasket emptying, floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, carpet vacuuming, high dusting, HVAC grill cleaning, and break room maintenance, with weekly and monthly duties scheduled accordingly. Work must meet the highest trade standards, comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, and adhere to manufacturer specifications. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials, with prices inclusive of shipping, transport, and all applicable taxes, as the college is exempt from sales and use taxes. The award will be made to the bidder offering the most favorable price as determined by the signed bid form, with no weighted evaluation factors specified. The contract is non-exclusive, allowing RPCC to enter similar agreements. Payment is contingent upon work acceptance by RPCC, submission of a complete invoice referencing delivery tickets, PO numbers, quantities, unit prices, and delivery points, and the inclusion of signed work orders for service tasks.
