JOFOC - Marshall Engineering Technicians and Trades Support (METTS) III

The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center is authorizing a modification to Contract 80MSFC23CA004, known as METTS III, to increase the contract ceiling by $150 million and extend the performance period by 12 months through two six-month option periods. The total potential contract value, including the increase, ranges up to $444.9 million, with the original base period extending through 2028. Critical requirements include the retention of incumbent personnel, adherence to security protocols through DD254 and Visit Access Requests, compliance with labor standards including potential collective bargaining agreements, and the prevention of organizational conflicts of interest due to the unique nature of the incumbent’s role across multiple high-priority programs.
