The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for full upfit of ICE Law Enforcement vehicles. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is prepared as a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type.
