Love's Truck Stop & Mobile Home Park

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has authorized Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. to proceed with a major facility development under a Streambed Alteration Agreement, addressing impacts to waterways under Fish and Game Code section 1602. The project includes a 12,200-square-foot travel stop featuring a convenience store and fast-food restaurant, 23 fueling pumps, 51 standard parking spaces, 111 dedicated overnight truck and RV parking spots, an RV dumping station, a dog park, and stormwater management infrastructure in the form of bioretention basins. Additionally, the development will establish a mobile home park with eight employee housing units, each equipped with garages, alongside visitor parking, shade structures, retention basins, and perimeter fencing to support workforce accommodation.
