The project consists of installation of a modular sport court within an existing, upland grass field area at the Marin Montessori School campus. The work includes minor leveling of the existing field surface, placement of a compacted permeable base layer and installation of an interlocking modular sport surface system, which Is 100% permeable and measures 60 by 56 foot. The project would include installation of two basketball hoops and replacement 42•high fencing to match existing fencing on site. The existing concrete paver and gravel patio west of the existing school building is proposed to be leveled and replaced with a 'Truegrid' surface with permeable aggregate base. The application also includes minor repair to the crushed granite surface or the public pathway and replacement of an existing public picnic table.
