409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN)/ Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Price contract for Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Work for Wash facilities at USAG Bavaria, Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, (Vilseck, Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels) Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 August 2026 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The Government is releasing the solicitation under full and open competition, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior the award.
