NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE


Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to WE SERVE TOO, 3 Pin Oak CT


Voorhees, New Jersey 08043, United States for the following service: Chaplain-Led event for 30 military couples and families. The NAICS code is 721110. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide facilities, food, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor to provide lodging and conference facilities for the 116th MI BDE “Hold Me Tight: Married Communication Training” Retreat for Families scheduled from 21 to 23 August 2026. Attendees are from the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade, from Fort Gordon, GA. Based on information gathered from the search, WE SERVE TOO is the sole source of this service. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement utilizing both Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Commercial procedures under FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued.


Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by Monday June 22, 2026, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
