This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

2. Description of Requirement
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, Patient Support Services Department (PSSD), requires contractor support services for Twenty-Five (25) Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) and One (1) Program Manager to support admissions, reception, scheduling, patient travel processing, customer service operations, and administrative support activities within the NIH Clinical Center.

5. Instructions to Offerors

- Offerors shall provide resumes for proposed personnel.

6. Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. Technical factors, when combined, are equal to or more important than price.
