The contractor will provide non-personal services including centralized Patient Appointing Services (PAS), Referral Management Services (RMS), and Clear and Legible Report (CLR) accountability for Military Treatment Facilities in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. The awardee must operate from a single, contractor-furnished commercial facility located within 25 miles of a U.S. Military Treatment Facility.
