Medical Third-Party Administration Services

The Oregon Administrative Services agency, through CIS, is soliciting proposals for Medical Third-Party Administration services to manage self-insured health plans and provide network access for approximately 270 public Member Employers. The selected vendor will be responsible for claims processing using best-in-market capabilities, providing member tools such as online provider directories and cost estimators, and delivering regular reporting on healthcare utilization and cost trends.
