Miracle Recreation - PlayPower, Inc. — Commercial playground and fitness manufacturer

Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, has entered into a Master Agreement with PlayPower, Inc. to provide a cooperative purchasing solution for playground, water play, aquatic equipment, site amenities, and outdoor fitness equipment, including related accessories and services. This IDIQ contract is designed for use by thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, tribal, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. The agreement has a base term of four years, effective from approximately December 1, 2025, through December 17, 2029, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of seven years. The scope of work requires turn-key solutions encompassing equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning. All products must adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards, including ASTM F1487, ASTM F2373, CPSC, CSA, and EN specifications, with IPEMA certification required for playground surfacing and equipment. The award was determined through a best-value trade-off analysis, with pricing weighted most heavily at 400 points out of a 1,000-point scale, followed by the depth and breadth of offered solutions. Under the agreement, shipping and acceptance terms are negotiated on a transaction-by-transaction basis between the supplier and the participating entity.
