1. The purpose of this amendment is to publicize the List of Questions and Answers – May 2026 – attachment 3.



Amendment 0001 - Extend Quotes and submission of questions due date.
1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 5 May 2026 to 3 June 2026 and extend the due date to submit questions from 15 April 2026 to 27 May 2026.
2. Technical Questions and Answers (Q&A) will be provided via Amendment 0002, anticipated for release in late May 2026.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12.
