Full Description
Purpose of Amendment:
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the Equipment Inventory List to all prospective quoters, clarify the policy regarding site visits, and reiterate the proposal submission deadline.
1. Equipment Inventory List Added
The official Equipment Inventory List for the Nutritional Medicine Flight dining facility is provided as an attachment to this amendment. This list is hereby incorporated into the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to assist vendors in accurately pricing their quotes.
2. Site Visits
Please be advised that the Government will NOT be hosting or permitting any site visits or facility walk-throughs for this solicitation. All quotes must be based on the provided PWS and the attached Equipment Inventory List.
3. Quote Submission Deadline
The deadline for receipt of quotes remains unchanged. All complete technical and pricing proposals must be submitted via email directly to the Contract Specialist, Regina Flowers, no later than June 4, 2026.
Action Required by Quoters:
Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (Amendment 0001) in their final quote submission. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Equipment Inventory List (Updated)
The 88th Medical Group (88 MDG) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio, has a requirement for non-personal services to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for commercial food service equipment. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to ensure the continuous operation of equipment located at the Nutritional Medicine Flight (Building 830) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Contractor will be required to perform scheduled quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) and provide on-call remedial and emergency repair services (including a mandatory 4-hour on-site response time for emergencies).
