1. WORK LOCATION • BASE: NBPL • BUILDING: 624 • FLOOR(s): Roof • ROOM(s)/AREA(s) OF BUILDING: • INTERIOR/EXTERIOR: Exterior • ADD’L LOCATION DETAILS: 2. LOCATION POC INFO 3. ISSUE: Roof is old / damaged and is in need of being replaced 4. IMPACT: Secure the building from the elements 5. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: General 1. Provide dust protection. 2. Provide protection of existing finishes. 3. Cut & Patch to match existing construction. 4. Construction support equipment. 5. Dumpster rental. 6. Elevated platforms rental as needed. 7. Provide fall protection. 8. Rubbish handling. 9. Temporary fencing. 10. Provide temporary toilet and hand washing facility. Demolition 1. Remove and dispose of existing BUR roofing including insulation down to substrate. 2. Remove and dispose of cap flashing, scuppers/strainers, counter flashing, and roof jacks. 3. Remove and dispose of metal guardrails. 4. Remove and dispose of photocell, junction box, stub up, and GFCI outlet. New Work 1. Install new scuppers, scupper strainers, counter flashing, and cap flashing. 2. Install plywood Nailers on parapets. 3. Install new high density tapered foam insulation, crickets, and cants. 4. Install Dens deck roofing board. 5. Install new 2” hot welded seams TPO roofing system (80 mil) to include all required flashings, walking mats, and accessories. 1.
