Project is to replace roofs on four (4) of the Marine Reserve Buildings, to include Bldg 9, Bldg 15, Bldg 17 and Bldg 18. Project also includes the removal of the solar panels on Building 9. 1. WORK LOCATION (Base, Building, Floor/Room/Area, Interior/Exterior, as required) Base-Building: SEAL BEACH B-9 ROOF EXTERIOR. Floor: 2. LOCATION POC INFO Command: MARINES 3. ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): ROOF HAS SERVED ITS LIFE SPAN. ROOF LEAKING BEOND REPAIR. 4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): ROOF APPROX 3,335 SQ YRS WITH METAL DRIP CAP AND WALK WALKWAY ROOFS. 1.5 M REPLACMENT COST 5. FUNDING:ST 6. POSSIBLE ENERGY PROJECT?NO 7.
