The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Lawrence, Massachusetts, with a requirement of between 2,660 and 2,940 rentable square feet. The lease term is set for a full duration of 120 months, with a firm term of 60 months, and must include five surface parking spaces. The space offered must comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability, and cannot be located in a designated 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. This lease will be fully serviced, ensuring all necessary building services and utilities are included. The current government lease in Lawrence is expiring, and the GSA is exploring alternative locations if they offer economic advantages. When evaluating alternatives, the GSA will factor in costs related to relocation such as moving expenses, duplicating tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure installation, and downtime. Interested parties must submit an Expression of Interest by June 30, 2026, which must include estimated Shell Rent and Operating Rent rates per rentable square foot. Communications and submissions are to be directed to Sean Munger, Lease Contract Officer, via the provided email and contact details. Entities are reminded to adhere to telecommunications restrictions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
