A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled to be held virtually on 06/16/2026 at 2:00 ET. Parties interested in attending are required to pre-register by submitting a Pre-Bid Conference Registration Form (see in List of RLP Documents) to no later than 06/12/2026 at 5:00 ET.

This Request for Lease Proposals ("RLP") sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals for a Lease described in the RLP documents. The Government will award the Lease to the selected Offeror, subject to the conditions herein.
