THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.  THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION AND AWARD TO SARDI'S CATERING, INC FOR CATERED MEALS SUPPORTING THE MAKE DC SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL AND AMERICA 250 MISSIONS.


The United States Property and Fiscal Office for the District of Columbia (USPFO-DC), the Contracting Activity, intends to issue a solicitation and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for the DC Army National Guard, the Requiring Activity, to Sardi's Catering, Inc. 9204 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740-1316. (SAM Unique Entity ID: RBN1EFTYSXJ4; CAGE: 748X1).


Catered meals for Soldiers supporting Make DC Safe and Beautiful (MDCSAB) and America 250 (A250) missions. This sole source contract will provide catered meals from 15 MAY 2026 - 28 JUN 2026 as a bridge solution while a competitive purchase / task order is procured as the long-term solution for MDCSAB and America 250 catered meal requirements. The vendor must prepare meals in commercial kitchens that comply with the FDA Food Code, and all applicable local health regulations. This will be awarded using simplied procedures in RFO FAR Part 12. Anticipated award date is 13 May 2026.
