RFB Washington Coastal Tribal Leader’s Dinner

The Quinault Indian Nation, through the Quinault Housing Authority, is soliciting bids for catering services for the Washington Coastal Tribal Leader’s Cohort Meeting dinner scheduled for September 28, 2026. The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing and serving a traditional salmon dinner cooked on sticks by a fireside, accompanied by potato salad, baked beans, and a dessert of the provider's choice. The event will host 50 guests at the Taholah Community Center, with dinner service required at 5:00 pm. The scope of work also includes the setup and cleanup of the dining area. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by the deadline of September 21, 2026. Required documentation for the bid includes a detailed menu with associated costs, a W-9 form, a valid Food Handler’s Permit, a QIN Business License, and a summary of qualifications.
