*NOTICE ONLY* 2026-2027 M7B Snow Removal Services for Appomattox Residency

The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting indefinite quantity snow and ice control services for the Appomattox Residency, covering Amherst, Appomattox, Campbell, and Nelson counties for the 2026-2027 season. The contract requires the provision of snow removal equipment and both CDL and Non-CDL operators to supplement VDOT staff. Key operational requirements include a two-hour response window and the installation of Automatic Vehicle Location units by October 31, 2026. Equipment must be successfully rigged and ready for operations by October 31, 2026, to be eligible for sign-on bonuses. The term of the agreement extends from the date of approval through April 30, 2027.
