Project Description: Provide all materials, equipment, inspection, testing, and labor to replace cabling and restore the power to the affected circuit. Remove and replace bad cable with contractor provided 750MCM 34.5KV cable from Circuit breaker NR-013 to Pad mount Switch 213 ways 6. All the inspections, testing and repairs will be done in accordance with NETA ATS, NFPA 70B and the equipment manufactures instructions (latest revs). Not performing this repair/replacement of the cabling will significantly increase customer outage duration. General 1. The contractor is responsible for the demolition, cleaning, disposal, and delivery of all projects' residual materials, etc. 2. If additional problems are found during the course of this work. The contractor will provide a report detailing the problems, along with a cost proposal for repair. No additional work shall be performed without authorization from the Contracting Officer.Contractor must submit work proposal, cost estimate, and have the approval of the contracting officer (FEAD) to work outside of the SOW. 3. All the inspection and testing reports on all equipment shall be turn over to UEM for review and approval prior to asking for the outage. Reports shall include certification of compliance with specified requirements, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective action when appropriate.
