OMRP Kitchen Tender

Oungre Memorial Regional Park is seeking proposals for the year-round rental and operation of the Park Kitchen beginning January 1, 2027, for a minimum one-year term, with longer arrangements considered. The successful renter will operate the kitchen, manage staffing, cleaning, insurance, permits, and regulatory requirements, and will be responsible for equipment repair, servicing, or replacement costs only when caused by neglect or improper maintenance. Utilities, rent, and payment terms will be negotiated. Proposals must outline the rental amount and payment schedule, relevant experience, intended use, proposed operating hours, contact information, and ability to meet insurance and permit requirements. Tenders are due by November 1, 2026, and the Park may accept or reject any submission; the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Tender Submission Tenders may be emailed to [email protected] on or before November 1, 2026. Submissions should include the proposed rental amount, any proposed payment schedule, relevant experience, intended use of the kitchen, potential daily hours of operation, contact information, and confirmation of ability to meet insurance and permit requirements. Oungre Memorial Regional Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
