Texas Southern University is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract for an organizational performance transformation and continuous performance management platform through a 12-month embedded engagement, designed to address persistent performance gaps across university divisions characterized by inconsistent attention to detail, imprecise tracking of outcomes, and low employee ownership.
