Full Description

Constructs a high bay storage facility supported by mat foundations. The facility will utilize structural steel framing with a standing-seem roof. Exteriors are expected to be a combination of concrete and insulated metal panels. This project provides maintenance, operational, and storage space to support the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program. - Built-in equipment includes a bridge crane (50-ton), forklift charging system, and compressed air system. - Site preparations include clearing, underground demolition, excavation, fill, site grading, and compaction. - Special foundation features include rigid inclusion ground improvements and load transfer platform. - Paving and site improvements include asphalt paving, concrete paving, curb, gutter, sidewalks, and landscaping.
