THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the 2SCOG Program, which has a requirement for depot-level repair services of the U.S Navy M250-KS4 Marine Gas Turbine Engines (MGT), National Stock Number (NSN) 2835-01-493-3966. 


SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the attached RFI Notice and Statement of Work (SOW). 


NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 03 June 2026.


Responses shall list N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-42-0063 in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.


This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes.
