• WORK LOCATION: Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach 800 Seal Beach Blvd. Seal Beach, CA 90740 SEABEA-121 NCTS Telecommunications Facility • LOCATION POC INFO • ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): The existing HVAC system is obsolete and difficult to maintain with R22 refrigerant in use. Failure not an option for support of critical telecommunications equipment. • DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): Demo Work & Site Prep SB121 • Provide temporary cooling. • Disconnect controls and utilities for reconnection onto new HVAC system. • Remove R22 refrigerant per Environmental Guidelines. • Remove & Dispose of Existing HVAC System. • Asbestos & Lead Survey - No Requirement. New Work SB121 • Provide and install new HVAC System. • Mechanically clean existing ductwork to remain. • Set humidity and temperature set points. • N4 NCTS San Diego requires witnessing Final Test & Commissioning. • Provide In-service training & OEM manuals to Government staff. • FUNDING: OMN-ST • POSSIBLE ENERGY PROJECT?
