Project will replace the inoperable air compressors in Building 78. 1. WORK LOCATION (SEAL BEACH, 78, MECHANICAL/BOILER ROOM,) Base-Building: B78 Floor: Air Compressor Room 2. LOCATION POC INFO Command: NMC Name: MN3 ACOSTA 3. ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): B78 air compressors are currently inoperable causing impacts to their air system. If air compressors are not replaced B78 will result in a work stoppage preventing production at their building. 4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE):  Contractor shall provide and install air compressors and all required components, hardware, and equipment. This will include mounting the compressor and its components, installing all the piping, pipe supports or hangers, gauges, and all valves and fittings needed to make the system functional and connect it to the existing air system.  Contractor shall also state all electrical requirements needed for the replacement.  Replace three air compressors.  Replace all pressurized air tanks.  Replace all refrigerant air dryers.  Replace all associated oil water separators.  Replace al associated air compressor pipping and components. 5. FUNDING: OMN-ST 6. POSSIBLE ENERGY PROJECT: NO 7. YEAR OF EXECUTION: 2026 8. SAR/CATEX: YES 9. ENVIRONMENTAL (Possible EV Review, Historic, HAZMAT, etc.): YES 10.
