Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)

This contract involves providing expert support and installation services for a comprehensive range of physical security technologies, including Enterprise-Physical Access Control Systems (E-PACS), Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, high-security locks, duress alarms, and video intercom/door answering systems. The scope extends to emergency repairs and maintenance services for critical security infrastructure within TSA-occupied facilities across the contiguous United States as well as several US territories including Hawaii, Alaska, the Samoa Islands, Guam, Saipan, the Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. The effort requires programming, testing, documentation, and personnel training for fully operational and integrated security systems. Additionally, the contract covers support related to HSPD-12 compliance, including installation, integration, configuration management of hardware and software, as well as network engineering and administration to maintain optimal PACS performance. The maintenance scope includes all phases from development and engineering to technical support for system solutions and associated projects. The contract is managed by the Transportation Security Administration within the Department of Homeland Security and applies nationwide.
