This effort requires physical security installation and program subject matter expert support for the Enterprise-Physical Access Control Systems (E-PACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), High Security Locks, Duress Alarms, Video Intercom/Door Answering Systems, and other related physical security technologies. Additionally, emergency repair and break/fix services for critical physical security systems within TSA-occupied spaces at all TSA field locations across the contiguous United States (CONUS), Hawaii, Alaska, Samoa Islands, Guam, Saipan, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. This includes programming, testing, documentation, and training personnel on turn-key operational and integrated security systems as specified. The HSPD-12 PACS procurement and services support and associated Enterprise Physical Access Control System (ePACS) implementation shall include: HSPD-12 compliance; integration; technical support; hardware and software configuration management; network engineering administration and maintenance in direct support of PACS performance; PACS system maintenance to include services relating to any phase of development, engineering, and technical support for system solutions and projects.
