Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar scope and complexity, particularly involving lead paint removal, and strongly recommended to include asbestos abatement experience to support potential set-asides. Participation requires current SAM registration, and the government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding. No obligation to award a contract exists, and the government reserves the right to use all submitted information for acquisition planning without providing feedback or acknowledgment of receipt.
