The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Irwin, California is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide postal services in the Central Mailroom, Administrative Services Division, Resource Management Office (RMO), U.S. Army Garrison Fort Irwin, California. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. See attached documents for detailed information. Amendment 1: This Amendment is to notify potential site visitors that the Site Visit scheduled for 12 June 2020 at Fort Irwin, CA has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
