British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of Power Generator Preventative Maintenance Services. This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) seeks proposals from qualified power generators and industrial engine service providers. The successful proponent will provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance services and respond to service calls for repairs on an as needed basis for power generators located on multiple BCIT campuses. The successful proponent will take a holistic and system based approach to work collaboratively with other BCIT stakeholders to achieve overall system performance and reliability. A standardized maintenance program will be performed on these power generators with an annual condition assessment report prepared by the successful proponent to BCIT. Proponents must submit the Site Visit Confirmation Form (Schedule 6) by June 1, 2026 and attend the mandatory site visit on June 3, 2026.
