The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Atlanta Police Department (APD) and Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), will shortly undergo a Competitive Sealed Bidding process consisting of a Phase 1 Pass/Fail Qualification and System Demonstration, followed by a Phase 2 Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a qualified supplier to provide a secure, cloud-based Background & Recruitment Electronic File Management System (EFMS). Interested Offerors should possess demonstrated experience providing, implementing, and supporting secure electronic recruitment, applicant tracking, background investigation, and/or file management systems for public-sector or public-safety organizations.
