Section 2 has been re-numbered to clean up numbering issues.
Section 2.3: Clarifying language has been added concerning the potential variation in meals requested.
Section 7.1: Provides information relating to meal count variations throughout the training cycle.

1. The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for prepared meals to be delivered to the MTARNG armory in Culbertson, Montana. The requirement is for approximately 80 breakfast and 80 dinner meals per day, plus one lunch meal for 16 Soldiers. The period of performance for this requirement is 10 July through 24 July 2026.
Meals shall be prepared at the vendor’s location and delivered to Armory in Culbertson. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). No Government property will be furnished for this requirement.
2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 Effective on March 13, 2026. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at www.acquisition.gov. Submission of a quote acknowledges receipt of the applicable provision, and
clauses incorporated into this solicitation.
3. Solicitation number W9124V26QA003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
4. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 722320, Caterers.
5. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
6. Offerors are reminded to conduct a comprehensive review of the attached Statement of Work to ensure their offer captures all the requirements. Offerors are also reminded they are required to submit a 14-day sample menu for their offer to be considered. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed below.
7. Pricing shall be submitted using the attached price matrix.
