The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. IQVIA is the only responsible source known to provide the Prescription Drug Shipments Data, news and insights. It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source Requirement type contract with a 12-month Base Year plus four (4) one Year Option to IQVIA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requirement: See Attached Statement of Work Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, IQVIA is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available.
