The contract structure consists of a base period for the server installation and an initial four-month upgrade of 16 licenses, followed by three optional one-year renewal periods for 20 Altium Enterprise licenses extending through April 12, 2030. Award will be based on the best value, with price as the sole evaluation factor. Quotes are due by November 4, 2026, to Contracting Officer Mike Hallock.
