Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Kingsboro Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center located at 681 Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than October 5, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET. CONTRACT NOTE: The facility is currently engaged in a project to replace the generator serving Building 2 via DASNY Project #389000. Expected completion and handover date for this work is November 2028. The project is still in design and all available information was included in the Appendix D, Exhibit B. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, October 14, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on or by October 21, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
